Billing and Payments

Understanding Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are applied per organization, rather than per account. This means that if you have two organizations that use premium plans, you’ll have to pay for each of them separately. Another important note is that upon creating an organization, it’ll automatically start with a 15-day trial of the premium (pro) plan enabled.

Choosing a payment plan

To access the payment plan window, you must first have an organization set up. This topic has been discussed in another tutorial, so, for the sake of brevity, we’ll work from the assumption an organization is set up and ready to go.

The first step is to click on the organization you wish to see the subscription plan of. It can be found in the taskbar. your Organization

Clicking there will prompt you to the organization menu, which initially shows your projects.

From here, click the Billing button. Main organization screen

Next, you’ll be greeted with the billing page. We’re going to look at it in detail below. Billing page

At the top you can see the payment plan selector (you can choose between paying each month or each year, in which case you get a 10% discount).

Below you can see the Premium benefits and price tag.

You can select the number of seats for your organization and see the total subscription price.

Click on Upgrade to change your payment plan.

There’s also a feature list that shows the benefits of the Premium plan.
