Adding comments
In order to add a comment, you have to click on a task. The task options drawer should slide in from the right of the screen. At the bottom of the task drawer is a textbox which will expand upon clicking on it, revealing the formatting options.

The
button allows you to attach files to your comment. Clicking it will open your device’s file picker (Windows Explorer, Mac Finder, etc.) -
The Emoji icon allows you to add emojis in comments. Here’s what they look like:

The rest of the icons are standard document editing features: bold, italic, underline, and so on.
Once you hit
Comment
, your comment will appear in the task drawer.
Replying to a comment
Replying to comments is pretty easy:
- Hover with your mouse over a comment (long-press on mobile). A list with further actions will appear.
- Click on the last available action
- write your reply
This is what your reply will look like:
Reacting to comments
Reacting to a comment is not too different from replying to one.
- Just like before, the first step is hovering the mouse over a comment.
- You should be prompted with a list of preset emojis, but you can always click on Add another reaction.
- If you clicked on Add another reaction, you will be prompted with a list of additional emojis to choose from.
- Once you picked an emoji, your comment should look like this:
Editing & deleting your comments
Here are the steps you need to take to edit your comment:
- Hover your mouse over your comment or long-press on mobile.
- Click Edit comment
- Doing so will prompt you with a text area where your comment has already been inserted. You will be able to modify your comment
Here’s how to delete a comment:
- Hover your mouse over the comment or long-press on mobile.
- Click Delete comment
- Confirm the prompt
