Notifications
In this tutorial, we’re going to take a look at the notification settings Task Manager puts at your disposal.
As we’ve done before, go to your account settings menu by clicking on your profile name, then click on Account settings. Once on your My account page, click on Notifications. The page should now look like this:

As you can see, the Notification settings page contains multiple sections so that you can customize how you receive your notifications. We shall go over all of these sections below.
Send notification to email
In this section, you can select the email you’d like your notifications to be sent to.

Clicking on the dropdown marked above, you will be able to change the email address that will receive the notification
Email notifications

Here are shown all notifications that can be sent to your email. By ticking or unticking their checkboxes, you can determine if a notification can be sent if something changes regarding either of those items.
Push Notifications
Push Notifications are notifications that pop up on your desktop or phone. You can only get these if you allow your browser to send notification. Here’s what this section looks like:

Notification center
This section allows you to choose which notifications are sent to the Notification center. This is the section’s layout and all notifications that it can send:

The Notification center is a place where notifications regarding tasks and your team are sent to.
It displays both read and unread notifications. To access it, go to your sidebar and click on the 

And this is what the Notification center itself looks like:

There are two more things to point out about the Notification center:
- The
icon opens the notification target in a new tab.
marks the notification as unread, determining it to show up in the Unread section.

Last but not least, we can toggle which projects are allowed to send notifications from this section.
